Anxiety SOS
I’ve been listening and benefiting from Natasha’s podcast for a year or so. It’s a treasure trove of support, information, and real-life tools. Today I listened to the ARFID episode and I have to say that my son (12 yo/ARFID dx) and I would not be on the path we’re on without you. Listening to the episode with Dr. Lebowitz and his SPACE approach led me to a SPACE parenting class for parents of kids with OCD and anxiety. I didn’t think I’d fit in, but omg did I ever. My son is now working with an OCD therapist and making tiny steps forward. First time in 11 years. Your podcast has helped me reframe our family’s whole approach to my son and his “food problems.” I can’t recommend this podcast highly enough.

Sometimes anxiety and OCD don't look like what you think they do, and this helps me understand my child and how best to meet her needs. Thanks, Natasha! You are amazing!
