Brilliant advice for parents of kids with anxiety or OCD
We don’t yet have a diagnosis of OCD for my son but thanks to Natasha’s podcast his many ‘quirks’ now make sense. I couldn’t put my finger on what was going on with my son, but these podcasts have provided so much solid advice- from the different ways that OCD can present to the language to use with doctors/ therapists and what we can do at home to support him. I feel less overwhelmed with the journey ahead knowing that there is a reason behind his behaviour and there are things we can do to help. Natasha’s generosity in sharing her expertise is literally changing our family. I can’t thank her enough.
