Very helpful podcast for parents of kids with OCD
I found Natasha’s YouTube channel first, then the podcast. Both are excellent FREE resources for parents looking to help their kids through OCD and/or anxiety. I have a son with OCD and although we pay (big bucks) for a professional therapist for him, it is extremely helpful to have additional resources to become more knowledgeable and skilled at helping him and our family manage.

Natasha offers insight into anxiety and ways that parents can address it. As a parent of an anxious kid, I appreciate all the info I can get! One note - she can get off topic which I find frustrating because I have limited time. I sometimes FF because of that.
