This is my favorite podcast
Discovering audiodharma has sent me on a transformative path and has provided me with such wisdom and has helped me through my suffering during my early twenties. Gil is such an inspiration to me and is honestly my all time hero. I would not be where I am without this knowledge. I love his ordinariness and humility in his stories that related to the lectures, he is very relatable. I really enjoy listening to Buddhist philosophy through his interpretations of life experiences. For example, as a little practice to integrate into daily living, he talks about setting an intention to be present for people you encounter at the grocery store—instead of rushing and being impatient while waiting in line, instead acknowledge the people around you and use it at as a time for practice. One day I hope to attend a lecture in person.

Gil is an insightful, humerous, and a gifted teacher. Living rurally, I'm so thankful for his teachings because there are no buddhist centers around. I struggle with mental health issues and his podcasts help with more useful thinking or letting go of the intrusive thoughts. Thank you Gil.Read full review »
