This event honours Stan and reflects on his legacy. Robin Cohen, Stan’s brother, is Emeritus Professor of Development Studies at the University of Oxford. David Downes is Emeritus Professor of Social Policy at LSE. Daphna Golan is founding research director of B'Tselem. Thomas Hammarberg is a human rights defender and former Council of Europe Commissioner for Human Rights. Harvey Molotch is Professor of Sociology and Metropolitan Studies at New York University. Margo Picken is a visiting senior fellow at the LSE Centre for the Study of Human Rights.
