Probably the most schismatic podcast I have come across
As a strict follower of the true church, led by it’s one true layman prophet Mike Lewis, this is the most schismatic podcast I have ever come across. These “trads” go as far to sometimes say slightly negative things about JP2! Don’t they know he is called “the great” for a reason and even thinking slightly negative things about him is an act of schism? Plus, they criticize Michael Lofton. Double schism. As for the hosts- I had a boss who once told me there were two kinds of Italians. One is the short, fat, hairy Italian who may or may not be good at cooking pasta. The other is a loud type who works out so much that they are overweight from the muscles. Anthony manages to be both types at once. The other host, Rob, has a bright future running some kind of trad ASMR channel. If you silence the other bozo, I find his voice very relaxing if you need to sleep in a loud environment like a plane, train, or during a gunfight, and for that I give this podcast 5 stars.

More reviews of Avoiding Babylon
It’s as if Joe Pesci and Chewbacca hosted a podcast. Except Chewbacca’s really smart and has a wicked dry sense of humor. Pesci’s always whining about “can’t we all just get alooooong?” Phhhhtt. Hey, Anthony, ever heard of the sheep

Anthony is a big mouth with his gravelly voice and goofy laugh. Rob is super chill. That being said, don’t change. I appreciate your content.

If you want to listen to Tony Soprano after decades of smoking cigarettes where he rants about how much he hates women and the Amish, this is the show for you. I don’t know much about the other guy, other than he’s really excited in the most unexcited voice possible to hear Tony talk. Other than...Read full review »
