Essential listening for yogis and meditators asking, “What next?"
Michael’s books have always been a bright spot in my yoga library, a welcome melange of philosophy, contemporary theory, stories, and observation. He walks the perfect balance of academic (citing his sources) and creator (new content), and I’m so grateful his podcasts are available and accessible to all. It also helps that his pacing and tone making for easy listening and digestion of the content.
