Staying unsubscribed :(
I was subscribed when I was single and didn’t have a kid, years ago, but fell off. As much as I’ve always enjoyed the intent of the show, you lose me for a few reasons. I just listened to the Wii RPG episode from January, and it was basically a rundown of the games that came out with very little in terms of personal input. The best podcasts are personality and experience driven. I don’t care what the zeitgeist was around the system or games, I can get that from Wikipedia. What did each of you think of The Last Story, aside from it being action oriented? Any experience with Pandora’s Tower? If you didn’t play it, fine, don’t cover it. If you did, maybe bring some personal analysis or anecdotes. Just reiterating what everyone else had to say about things is not interesting.

Kat has always done a brilliant job, on Active Time Babble, Roleplayers' Realm, and now Axe of the Blood God. A nice, weekly snapshot of the RPG world, with frequently fascinating explorations of the genre. And Nadia is a great co-host. Keep it up!Read full review »
