Well Produced, Nasty Undertones.
This pod is well produced and, for the most part, informative. However Mr. Carryrou seems to have an underlying desire to see Ms. Holmes suffer and to gloat at her mistakes and eventual misfortune. Don’t get me wrong, it’s CLEAR that she misled investors and took their money under false pretenses. She deserves to be tried. But there is a lot in here that crosses the line of cringe. The speculation that she got pregnant to make the jury sympathetic is something that I feel is easily left out by a better journalist. They’ve done great research. They should leave the gossip out.

Listen to The Dropput ABD Bad Blood by Carreyrou , then this makes a great cherry on top. There’s some overlapping but the details here, particularly the text messages in Episode 3, are fascinating. Oh, to be a fly on the jury room wall!!
