“I’ve very much enjoyed all episodes of this deeply researched, well-produced, and well-written podcast. It provides a fresh and badly needed perspective on a hideous part of the true crime industry, and sheds light on how our attitudes towards poverty, sex work, and women generally have influenced the popularity of the Ripper story and all its spin-offs.
I do have to ask what motivates the highly effective host to switch her accent over to something closer to an American one whenever she interviews and interacts with an American guest. It drove me crazy every time!
