Debbie Waidl ,

A must listen for those struggling with menopause!

I am a big proponent of natural healing and as a functional health coach support women struggling with migraine pain and symptoms that often come during menopause.

Your podcast: Supporting Women Through Menopause With Catherine Balsam-Schwaber really hit home with what I teach my clients through my Migraine Freedom Protocol....discussing the challenges of menopause and the importance of women listening to their bodies.

A must listen for those struggling with menopause!

Empowering!

Bonnie does a great job of empowering women regardless of their circumstances. She is an excellent interviewer and packs each episode with value. Highly recommend!

Inspired!

Resilience implies a return to an original point, which can be a valid goal, but these interviews show people evolving - not backwards and forwards in a linear sense, but more three dimensional. Grateful to Bonnie for pulling these narratives together!
