Bag man
Rachel and Mike, Wow, I really loved your podcast, Bag Man! Enthralling and yummy! I moved to Guam to be with my partner who was in the Navy in June of 1972 until December 1973. At the time, I was 17/18 years old and attending high school as a senior. I lived in a Guamanian village near where the bombs for bombing Vietnam were kept. I heard that the war was “over” but the bomb trucks kept whizzing by. We lived in a place where the B-52s would fly over. Eventually I surmised that this was the secret bombing of Cambodia and Laos. Due to a lack of media Coverage on Guam, I missed that period. I did know about Watergate but the whole Agnew thing I was unaware of completely. I did not remember how Gerald Ford got into office. I do remember the pardon though. But I’m sure they got Ford with a sweetheart deal! They knew Nixon would go down and it was probably all planned out like Agnew’s resignation caper. Thanks so much and job well done. Plus it was nice to hear something political without Trump being in it! Sincerely, Marilyn Rose Carmel Valley Ca

I pay attention to the news but for some reason I started making myself available at 6 pm ( pst) to watch her show! And I have never done that before! Only games of throne! I just love the style and the story telling!

I finally got on the podcast train about a month ago... just in time! :) Looking forward to it. *if midterms don’t end with a #BlueWave, I’ll be drunk while listening
