“This podcast is to podcasting what the BoB program is to TV programing - the best. The fact that the final episode with Damien Lewis dropped on Veteran’s Day is clearly no coincidence and demonstrates a sensitivity and attention to detail rarely found these days. Now I am back for my third (or fourth) round of viewing BoB, timing each episode to follow on the podcast episode deep dive. The podcast adds depth and resonance that I didn’t know could still be mined. It has inspired me to go back and research my late father’s service record (D Day+6 all the way to Heidelberg where he was waiting for orders to the Pacific when Japan surrendered). Of course he never talked about it and to my eternal regret I never pursued it.
