Keep doing this work! I’ve been lifting four years and have had my fair share of aches and pains on this lifting journey. Your content has helped me understand that sometimes the pain is part of the process and there are ways I can adapt my training to get healthy and move past it, with time. I have a posterior tibial tendinopathy that I’ve been dealing with and the “Barbell Medicine Guide to Tendinopathy” has really helped me contextualize my recovery process. Y’all are great!
