Best podcast to learn about overall well-being
I am a big fan of Kelly LeVeque. I am a registered dietitian and I absolutely love all the information she and her guests have to share with us. Her podcast gives me more insight on wellbeing as a whole- not solely based on nutrition. Some of my favorite topics are on women’s hormones. In the schooling of becoming a dietitian, (which is a lot) hormones were not a subject discussed and looking back I feel completely shorted in my education! Some of my other favorites are Andrew Huberman’s episode about anxiety and sleep, Dr. Apostolos Lekkos on functional medicine and I can’t wait to listen to one of the newest ones on hormones with Sarah Gottfried. Everyone should be listening to this podcast - it’s insightful and impactful!
