Beauty and the Gi is an exploration of the practice of Brazilian jiu-jitsu on and off the mat. In each episode, you get the perspectives of the ever-curious Blue Belt Jen Edds, along with Black Belt and coach AJ Clingerman, as they discuss their Jiu-Jitsu challenges, breakthroughs, and experience as women on the mat. Episodes are usually 30 minutes or less because we would rather be rolling than talking about it.
