“Adverts came on and I switched it straight off! For me the whole point was something to fall asleep to. Impossible with adverts. I loved Bedtimes Stories and was a fan right from the start. The show disappeared for a time and came back….almost the same…but not quite. Now under the Ballen Studios umbrella it seems to me as though they've been told to make the epsidodes longer. Padded out unecessarily. And there in lies the beauty of the old show. Short little stories to fall asleep to. I feel like Ballen is popping up all over the place and quite frankly I’m sick of the guy. I started watching him on YouTube after lockdown and at first kind of liked the stories but honestly I’m sick to death of him now. Ruined a really good podcast.”Read full review »
