If you are thinking about trying to become a runner, start here. Coach Deb is so encouraging- I had this vague idea of training for a half-marathon and no clue where to start, and her info in the podcast outlines everything I needed to know. She gives a ton of excellent info.

Starting and liking
I just started to run with this podcast. It is great. Just what I needed. I hope I can stick with it. I run with my dogs and I know it can be a little different with my focus. One day i will have time to go out with dogs and then without dogs just run.thank you debbie.
