An excellent way to start running..
To the anonymous voice in my headphones cajoling and encouraging for the last six weeks, Sir! I thank you. I may not always agree with your taste in music but you’ve pitched these just right - after a mere 35 years off I decided to start running again and although sceptical at first, I’m now at week six and I’ve just run for 20 minutes, unthinkable a few months back. If you’re thinking of trying these podcasts - go for it. Don’t worry if you take two or three days off in between runs as I often did or even two weeks off with a heavy cold, the point is, you will improve - it works.

The series is great -- definitely will help beginners build up stamina to run longer and longer periods. But WHY IS THE MUSIC NOT CREDITED or LISTED? Help, Guardian!!!!!
