Really effective
I never liked running but wanted to give it another try as so many people are taking so much pleasure from their running. I decided to try it with this podcast and it really worked! I felt very good and really enjoyed my running. The companion voice gives really good advice and I felt like I had a personal trainer with me. Have been recommending this podcast to many of my friends who want to start running. Thank you!

This is a super amazing podcast, you can actually feel it is pushing you at the same time making sure that it not too much for you to feel totally exhausted. Very well designed, the music for running is also great. I think only few of them can be improved a little. Overall superb, Thank you!
