So fascinating and helpful!
I appreciate so much what Dr. Greg is doing here. I love the idea of learning about what’s behind actions and perceptions, so that I can better understand myself and others. I also appreciate that he isn’t the Catholic type to just say “offer it up” when someone becomes vulnerable with him, or to say “just pray about it”. Because usually if someone is bothering to speak up, they want someone to listen. So I love that he takes these into account and tries to help all of us to deal with our mind, body, and soul as one!
