Vulnerability is at peak when we just enter into teen space and it continues for a good amount of time thereafter. Career, Relationship, Friends, Travel, Explore, Looks, Media, Academics, Family, Hobbies and we can go on, everything impacts us leading to lot of cluttering inside our head and thus random or no decision making.
