I work part-time and have still really benefit from this podcast.
I really enjoy this podcast! I'm a private practice eating disorder dietitian and work 3 days a week counseling clients + maintain a blog on disordered eating recovery / exercise compulsion. I have 2 kids under 3 who go to daycare on the days I work. Not everything in this podcast is relevent to me, but I take what benefits me and leave the rest. I'm grateful to have this podcast as I navigate the transition to part-time working mom. It's really contributing to me find work-life satisfaction. I really appreciate the directness of Laura and that is one thing that keeps me coming back every week. They are part of my Tuesday commute and I so look forward to it. Thanks, Sarah and Laura for the show!Read full review »

I really enjoy listening. Very relatable for any mom that is balancing work, kids, relationships etc. My favorite part is the “love of the week”. I’m also thinking a lot more about time tracking and where my time goes

I really enjoy this podcast. I've been a long-time reader of both of their blogs so was delighted to find they were doing this. Very practical tips, I love their perspectives on being all-in on work and family! Also the both have great voices and are easy to listen to - a big plus!Read full review »
