Great premise, try to ignore the background music
The core emphasis of the podcast is great. It explores trauma through uncomfortable conversations that many people would avoid. I enjoyed the arc of the story and the careful, curious manner used in the interviews. But why wreck the genuine intimacy of care of those conversations with a constant musical background? The strength of those conversations can stand on their own and they don’t need a dramatic soundtrack to get listeners to care. It’s distracting! Maybe dial is down a touch next season?
