This podcast depressed me
This is a rich stay at home mom who can afford to talk about how unhappy she was and now she goes and talks with other unhappy moms and goes on “retreats” and now she’s happy. Some of us are working and being a mom and cannot afford to do any of the things she is talking about. This podcast makes me feel bad about being a woman. It is awful!

I am the target audience an LDS mom with great expectations encountering the usual imperfections of life. I have found this podcast uplifting and clear and well considered and I would recommend it to anyone willing to think about their thinking.

I love love this podcast!! I have done a lot of work on my self already so a lot of what Jody teaches I already knew. However she says them in a way that gives me a new perspective and greater insight. Thank you for sharing your talents!
