This podcast is the only thing that’s not 50/50
I cannot say enough how much Jody has literally changed my life. I joined her Be Bold program last summer after having my 4th baby and listening to others get coached helped me in my own circumstances to untangle and sort out my thoughts and steer me to a healthier mental state. This podcast is chock full of insightful ways to change your brain to more useful thoughts that will serve you, but you must do the work! It’s not enough to listen. Apply what she teaches and you will see amazing results- that are usually unexpected. I can now often stop a thought mid thought and decide whether or not I want to keep it. I used to think all my thoughts were facts and now I can separate the two for the most part. The 50/50 principle is a favorite and has made me more compassionate with myself and others. I no longer stress over getting things “perfect” and now have lower expectations. Instead of thinking “something has gone wrong” i just think “ah there I (or he/she) go(es) again being human.” Im able to forgive myself and others so much quicker and it leads me to teach my children the same principles. Another favorite line is “everything is exactly as it should be in this moment.” So many good thoughts and mantras that I repeat to myself daily as a wife and mother!

Every episode seems to be something that I need right then. I've also been able to go through past episodes to address concerns and struggles that I'm currently having. A very good source of important, relevant, balanced information.Read full review »

These are truths! Pure and beautifully said. I found myself feeling peace as she said certain things, saying "huh,"(Fascinating) to the podcast out loud, along with, "Yes!". This is what I've been looking for for the last 12 years since becoming a mom. :)Read full review »
