Steve Berez, an advisory partner in Bain's Boston office, developed an early interest in computers thanks to his brother. Joining the firm as an associate consultant in 1980, he witnessed how the firm was embracing technology before leaving to pursue an MBA from Stanford, work at his family's business, and later return to Bain to start our Enterprise Technology practice, which he has been leading ever since. Steve talks about his career, what led him to write "Doing Agile Right: Transformation without Chaos," and the latest technology he's excited about, including Bain's strategic alliance with Open AI.
