This podcast is very helpful as someone living with BPD. 10/10 recommend. The episodes aren’t too long and the skills she teaches are actually manageable for someone who has BPD.

Beyond the Borderline is an excellent podcast! It’s really helped me to hear the perspective of someone WITH bpd and not just a therapist sharing their experience. What we need is real experience, and this podcast does just that! Thank you!

This is the only podcast I’ve found on BPD that I like (out of a lot). The host takes responsible for her actions and well-being while also being incredibly compassionate. She articulated the experience of bpd in words I’ve never been able to come up with. Thank you!

I have BPD and I listened to this podcast. Thankyou it was very succinct and gave good examples of how I can deal with this emotion. Especially when I’m not validating my own achievements and constantly jealous of others or what they have.

This podcast explains strong emotions and how to regulate them in a constructive and self accepting way. I’m currently doing both DBT Group Therapy and one-on-one therapy. There are times when I leave my sessions with questions that I’m unable to articulate due to the intensity of my emotional state. This podcast not only goes into great detail about very important aspects of living with BPD, but it...Read full review »

I was diagnosed with ADHD but after medication for it I saw a huge difference in some areas but yet, with clearer focus and motivation I’ve been left with realizing just how out of control I am of my emotions, and how many things I do that are much more intense than the ADHD line of symptoms. I’m...Read full review »

This podcast is awesome — like most of us with bpd, Angela is very intelligent and curious — so her podcast offers a nice blend of personal experience and research she’s found related to her topic. I am very new to bpd. I have been going to a therapist for almost 3 years now... we have gone...Read full review »
