“I’ve only just recently started listening, and while the majority of the show is well done, I don’t get the point of the intro/outro music that just comes out of nowhere and cuts up the show. And it’s weird that you make a point about not liking small talk but now you have blooper reels at the end because… why exactly? All it does is shows that you edit the show, which isn’t surprising. Just finished Justice for Moni, and not to downplay her story because all of these stories are pretty tragic. But you tell us that it made you emotional when you first read it, and then you proceeded to get choked up to show everyone that you’re not just always big mad I guess? I assume you have a full range of human emotions, but if you can edit bloopers, you can produce a composed reading I would think. I’m not a mom and I’m not saying that that didn’t hit you harder than some of the stories may have, but it took me right out.
PS
I use black trash bags for recycling and have never had the compulsion to murder anyone. Send the cavalry if you’re that hung up over the bag rather than the person who stores dead people in the bag. Or just ask someone for a hug next time you get angry at inanimate objects.”
