“Really fun and smart shows. Bill craps the bed with E 4 when answering yes or no questions on things that help the environment. When asked if eating organic helps he says “no” and a quick yes that stoping eating meat helps. Organic land may take more land on average as he claims and sequesters more carbon, produces more food per acer in harsh years, more rich nutrition, less inputs on a massive scale that do reduce green house gases. Cattle helps the land sequester more carbon, reduces wild fires (an increasing contributor to global warming), grass fed beef and local beef also help with green house gas reduction. His quick and wrong answer is beneath him and they both should be better informed on this truth. Get the facts - The Rodale Institute has them with science based clinical trials over 40 years - fact and truth.
