Black Iron is the best!

Black Iron Nutrition is the best and I love that they are always putting out content! If you are wanting to dial in your nutrition 10/10 recommend giving this podcast a listen and signing up with them for 1:1 nutrition coaching!

Pelvic floor!?!

So I just have to say a huge thank you to the whole BIN team!! I’ve been working with Sarah for a little over a year now and have binged the podcast. On that note I never knew so must about pelvic floor and that women shouldn’t have problems with it especially since I have not had children. Long story short I finally went to a pelvic floor therapist and have gotten the help I need so again thank you for what you all do!!
