“If you truly value the stories of America’s rich history, this podcast is a must. Alas, politics has tried to ruin our ability to understand the complexity of our great nation - pitting people against one another by our identity alone. The truth is America is a complex nation because it is a nation of people from all walks. The narrator’s father states in one episode that America is great despite the problems because we are always moving forward to fix them.
There are stories we don’t get to hear and that’s a shame. There are a lot of hard truths in these tales, but we can’t shy away from them. This series covers some amazing people who lived amazing lives and struggled under tough circumstances. I enjoyed this series more than any TV show or movie and it all really happened!”
