Loving this podcast all the way over here in Oz!
I had listed to ‘intuitive eating for the culture’, the f*ck it diet audiobook and listened to a number of other podcasts including ‘diet culture rebel’ and loved the episode with the interview with Bri. I started following Bri on insta found her content so helpful and was super excited when I saw she was brining out a podcast! I subscribed straight away and was happy to see that I’m late to the party and there’s actually two seasons! I started listening in and was so happy to hear Christina from ‘IE for the culture’ being interviewed 3 episodes in. I’m always a little weary of how new podcasts will sit with my intersectionL values and so this was an instant ‘yes’ for me, focusing on the social justice aspect is so important for me. For me, hearing all of this amazing info being reinforced and discussed with a great perspective was refreshing. I love Bri’s approach and the way she begins with a personal reflection on a ‘body image moment’ each episode, its really grounding and humanising. I’m a fan, I will probably listen to both seasons this weekend! Haha Thanks Bri, keep this up!

Bri’s wisdom is extraordinary and her care and vulnerability shines through. I believe her work will continue to help many people who are...Read full review »
