I do like this podcast a lot. Occasionally Robert will re-broadcast an Alexander technique related interview that he didn’t conduct because he found it would benefit the listener. I love this show!
I love having this show - it gives me a great Alexander "learning fix" whenever I want some interesting input and a new perspective. I especially love being able to play episodes on my smartphone when I'm travelling. Thank you, Robert Rickover for creating this!
