Some hosts are beloved, some are polarizing. None will escape not liking certain foods, geography mistakes, and occasional politicization because THEY’RE HUMANS. This is a podcast with tons of opinions inter-spliced with food knowledge. Elicits additional strong reactions for being NYC-centric/catered to the BA insider but I don’t get the sense that they’re trying to be groundbreaking. Promise me you won’t get worked up about it.
