If you are having bad meetings, you are making bad decisions. You’re almost certainly not talking about all of the right things. Just because someone is in their 40’s, 50’s, or 60’s and has lots of experience doesn’t mean they do not need to be managed. Management is not a form of punishment or a sign of a lack of trust. Good leaders are far more concerned about employees being uninformed than they are about being criticized for redundancy.
