The topic of today's show is Building a Reading Life - Reading for Pleasure in honour of World Book Day. Guests: @ka_karang, @bene.reads & @bookedwithamba World Book and Copyright Day is a celebration to promote the enjoyment of books and reading. Each year, on 23 April, celebrations take place worldwide to recognise the scope of books - a link between the past and the future, a bridge between generations and across cultures.  According to research, reading improves brain activity, improves memory processing, slows down cognitive decline and helps reduce stress.
