One of the most informative podcast!

First, Lucas is amazing. He has the most amazing health information and shares thing that not a lot other people know. I’ve been following Lucas for a long time but this podcast is definitely one of my favs. I recommend for anyone who wants to hear a broad range of things in terms of health and wellness!

Awesome podcast with information you don't find anywhere else!

Lucas is incredibly knowledgeable and I love how he goes into the details with all these compounds, amino acids, nootropics etc. I haven't found comparable info's anywhere else!!
