“Mina, I have a new theory that a NFL LB must be at least 1 of these 3 things: 1) unable to pass cover; 2) injured / coming back from injury; 3) too expensive to manage within the salary cap. Before you go simping on Bobby Wagner his cap hit is 7.5% of the total and he doesn’t cover the other team’s best WR. Why don’t more teams replace a LB with an extra safety on the field to cover the RB or TE like the Patriots do?”
