I can’t find the light
I desperately need help or guidance. Your podcast has helped me but at the same time opening all emotional floodgates making my day to day so difficult. Nothing makes sense to me anymore. I see a therapist but can’t get in often enough, I take medication but all it does is subdue my symptoms or make me feel even more emotionally numb. I’m crawling out of my skin and you seem to be the only person I’m able to relate to. I feel empty, I manage to alienate everyone that might have cared about me because I can’t seem to make them understand me or how I feel or don’t feel. I try to be social but it ends up being more detrimental for me because I don’t enjoy it or enjoy the people. I always feel like I’m physically ill because I’m either suppressing so much emotion or everything is coming up at once. I don’t know if I need to check myself in somewhere but I’m not suicidal at the moment, it’s such a confusing feeling. Please help if you can.

Great Podcast
Only has done one interview so far, but asked good questions, and allowed guest to express her memories and thoughts and feelings without interrupting, but kept it on track/topic. Related to her without making it about himself. I wish he could've talked to her longer. Should definitely do more interviews.
Dragged out
I tried a few episodes. I was losing my patience as he consistantly drags out his sentences. Didn't get much from it. I don't mind cursing- but it sounded forced and unfunny.
