Component 5 comes naturally
I can’t believe it. Its only been 3 days, but it’s the first time I let myself eat without worrying about carbs, calories, losing weight, etc. I ate because I was hungry. I was so excited and then I listened to “component 5”. I listen in the morning with my coffee. So far so good!!!

I just discovered this podcast. I’ve been fighting off cravings all night. I’m 1:19 into episode 1 and they’ve already said the word “cookie” like 4 times. Are these people being serious? If I down a bag of Oreos tonight it’s on them.
