“I do wonder about some people who seem to have a vendetta against the CBC. I see their comments all the time on CBC news articles.
In one 1 star review, the podcast is criticized for being an American story from a Canadian news agency. Clearly that reviewer didn’t even listen to the content before writing their review. There are strong Canadian connections in the story.
Others claim hypocrisy, accusing the CBC of being itself a “mind control” organization. Apparently they think balanced reporting which doesn’t 100% match their personal opinions must be propaganda.
The podcast doesn’t just rehash the mountain of material already published on MK-Ultra but contains some new research and original interviews with concerned parties.
Given the length of the podcast the level of detail is very good and sources are clearly identified.
One would need 100 hours to really do the story justice, but who would listen to that?
As always very professionally produced and edited. I guess it makes a difference having a complete broadcasting company to produce such a show rather than a couple of buddies recording out their appartement.”
