Laura does NOT encourage disordered eating

Laura Dixon is actually teaching the opposite* of disordered eating— you’ll learn how not to obsess over food! She’s recommending people eat three meals a day, but only when they’re actually hungry. She talks about not eating when you’re just slightly hungry, but waiting until you’re truly at a robust hunger level. This is how people who have never struggled with their weight eat. The reviewer who said that she’s a counselor and that this podcast encourages disordered eating is absolutely NOT telling the truth— and in my opinion might possibly be a competitor. I almost passed this podcast up because of that review, and what a pity that would’ve been since I’m already losing weight just two days in!

Must subscribe!

Laura’s approach to peace and freedom around food seems revolutionary, even though it’s how we should have been eating all along. Whether you have 10 or 100 pounds to lose, or none at all, this will change your life. If you need extra help, check out her naturally thin for life membership and be patient because it takes time to unwind decades of “diet brain.” Thank you, Laura!

Amazing

I decided to start listening to this Podcast from the beginning. It is like having my own daily coaching sessions! I feel a little guilty not having paid Laura for all her help. I probably will eventually become a member. She is so clear, friendly and knowledgeable. I am already seeing results.
