“‘ I gave up’ the news during COVID. I’m a GP and sometimes I felt life had too much misery at work so I didn’t want to then come home and read BBC articles/ watch TV about murder , wars and misery.
However I felt like an ignoramus so 3 months ago started listening to Newscast instead. And I love it!!! It’s funny, informative , quick ( I listen to it on drive to work) and only fills me in on the main news events. I’m so happy to have found this podcast and it’s really got me interested ( and positive) about current affairs again. Thank you A,L,P and C.”
