In this episode we spoke with Justin Sidelle via Skype. Justin is a black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu running the grappling program at Team Quest, Chang Mai, Thailand.
We talk about his Jiu Jitsu journey from when he started back in 2005 training in San Fransisco through to receiving his black belt from Olavo Abreu at Phuket Top Team.

Our first offical guest is David Leeper is the co-owner and founder of 65mm Coffee, a specialist coffee shop in Tonbridge, Kent.
