The conversations are the best
It is like with most self-help stuff: Some is fine, other episodes are rather blablah and long and will not differ much in contents from what you have heard before. Dhru Purohit’s podcast is best when he speaks to other people. His solo episodes, often called minisodes, are generally less thought-provoking and inspiring than the dialogues and ironically go on for too long when the message is actually short and clear and could have been listed and even explained in no more than ten minutes.
