“Love your content. I’m always interested in some of the fourth pillars of BM, since those are the only subjects I read/listen all the time, I’m always coming back.
In regards to masculinity, I’ve always been strong and fit but, a few years ago I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, diminishing a lot my physical abilities. I still workout, full body weight, every morning though.
However I feel a little resistance from my part accepting my new condition, not the biggest deal, but pops the mind from time to time.
My main concern is that Being a husband and father of two, my wife has taken a lot more responsabilities at home and with the kids. This breaks me.
Any advice to keep my “masculine” role even though I am and will be accumulating physical disabilities?
Thank you very much for your content it’s top quality.”
