Mixed reaction to concealed carry in Missouri and the NCAA's rifle rankings are out. FOX's Eben Brown has this week's "FOX Bullet Points": I'm Eben Brown. Welcome to 2017, where in Missouri you can now get a permit to carry a concealed weapon without needing to get any type of training or show some sort of competency certificate. Reactions are mixed in the show-me state. These folks spoke with FOX 4 in Kansas City: (People) "I do think you should have the right to conceal and carry. / It's gonna go back to the days of the old west. You look at me wrong, I can shoot you. / I think it's a good thing and bad thing. Someone who has never dealt with a gun shouldn't be able to carry it around." Missouri is the 11th state to pass laws not requiring training in order to get a concealed-carry permit. College rifle is back in season! The NCAA has published it's first poll of shooting teams for the new year. Texas Christian University is ranked number one. College rifle is co-ed, TCU has an all female roster. Reigning champs West Virginia, polled at number two. That's where Olympic gold medalist shooter Ginny Thrasher comes from. And those are your Bullet Points. I'm Eben Brown, FOX News!
