I found Virginia through her & Amy Palanjian’s Comfort Food Podcast (RIP) and fully credit her with changing my relationship to eating and shaping how I fed my child from the start—very much for the better. I recommend her work as an entry point to friends and family struggling with the effects of diet culture all the time, and I’m just so excited to finally be able to recommend more of her in my favorite media!
