Knowledge is power
In the US, we have many wonderful healthcare practitioners- unfortunately, under our healt insurance system, doctors are just unable to treat patients properly and with a holistic approach. I’ve been diagnosed with Hashimotos Thyroiditis, and have had varying symptoms for YEARS that my primary care and OB/GYN have dismissed simply as “stress and aging”- even though my blood work continued to show elevated glucose levels, low hormone levels, and totally high thyroid levels. It wasn’t until I started listening to podcasts that I began to understand that I needed to take a completely proactive approach to my health and go outside the box. I could go on and write forever about my journey of podcasts, but the point here is to thank Dr. Cabral for all of his information and his dedication to optimal health of his listener community. Some people tell you to watch out for podcasts from doctors or anyone trying to sell their own products. While I think this can be true, I don’t feel it’s this way with Dr. Cabral at all. I trust what he’s doing and hope others who feel hopeless will find him, listen, and act on their health!

Really good podcast. I like the ideas he has and the energy he conveys. Plus the center is super amazing to visit in person!

I came away with sound advice and new actionable tasks for my own better health from each episode I listened to. Stephen is clear and straight about what he thinks will work, and says he tries it out on himself first.
